Saddlehorn Ranch HOA 
CAn you post the 2024 annual meeting minutes. I don’t see them on the site. Sorry, I haven’t been paying attention but see the increase in the HOA for this coming year. Once again, I feel that those living in the community should pay more than those that just have land in the area. I should attend the meetings and next year will plan to be on the zoom. I realize we all have a stake in the community but those that use the roads etc, should have more of a stake.

I disagree. Empty lots wouldn’t be worth much without the existence of the road, but owners benefit from the appreciation in value of their land. Empty lots are benefited by the road whether someone is driving on it or not. Why someone purchases a lot is their personal decision, not the HOAs.
