By 32 to 5, the membership surveys supported expanded internet-based meeting and other services for HOA business and social purposes. (Pro-change members score= 6.4).
This proposal would amend the covenants to state that any business conducted under the Covenants may be done electronically via Internet, email, and the like, provided a reasonable record is kept of the transaction. The proposed new language is found in the Draft Covenant Proposals, Article VIII at section 8.6.5 (on the Saddlehorn Blog).

I am in support of this, as it will help owners who are currently remote for whatever reason to be active in decision making for our community.
